 Blues
Racket is a sextet based in St. Charles, but trying
to make a name for themselves on the other side of the
Missouri River. With two guitarists, a keyboard player,
and harmonica player, they have a big sound, but play
a variety of Blues styles. With a focus on musicianship
and penchant for improvisation, rarely is a song played
exactly the same way twice! They are regular performers
at St. Charles establishments such as The Corner Bar
and Tuners. In St. Louis, they love to play at JackSons'
and The Mack. The summer time is always busy playing
at Balducci's Winery in Augusta as well as summer festivals
such as The St. Peters Festival and New Melle Days.
Blues Racket is currently working on their first CD,
tentatively titled "Red Sky at Dawn" which
