The "winner" of each category (electric and acoustic)
received a certificate entitling them to record a 10 song
album at 12 Bar Productions. The package included sufficient
tracking, mixing, and mastering time; and will alsoinclude
100 Retail-ready CDs with UPC code. (Band or artist to provide
all artwork). Each of these prizes has a street value - according
to 12 Bar published pricing - of $6,000! (Artists - you keep
the masters!) All finalists who made it to the August playoff
won a 4 song Demo CD!
The Grand Prize winners (acoustic & electric) each also
received a DeBlaze
and Associates PR “Media Package” valued at
$750!
