Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival Presenting two days of Sun-Sational Blues 19 Years Of The Best Blues On The Peoria River Front! Can you believe it? This is the 19th year of Central Illinois Premier blues festival. We are also the longest continuous running music festival in downstate Illinois. As always, what a great way to end the Summer! Jay Goldberg Events & Entertainment, in association with the Illinois Blues Coalition have teamed up to present another fantastic talent line-up.
