 The
tradition continues in 2006 with the Ivory Perry Park Summer Concert
Series. Ivory Perry Park will be filled with the sounds of music and
children playing and laughing.
Make sure that you're there on Sunday, July 23, when Bennie
Smith (with special guest Irma Whiteside)
takes the stage with his distinctive St. Louis-style blues. Willie
Akins (with special guest Erika Johnson)
closes the summer concert series on Sunday, August 27.
There
will be special activities for children at each of the concerts.
So pack a picnic, grab a blanket and head on over to Ivory Perry
Park for some free summer fun!
